thnx so much for the links, i download the nuggets video and it seam like good so thnx again for you help, i like 2 know more about Rational rose software and how it work in details by video if you have one, and i would like to see something got 2 do with knowledge base, company structure and business process inside the company ... it will be very help full for me if you have some videos in this field ... thnx again
