[مكتبة الوراق ...]

السلام عليكم
أخي القارئ: هل تستطيع الدخول على مكتبة الوراق www.alwaraq.net وتصفح الكتب والمجالس؟ إن كان جوابك "نعم" فأنت محظوظ. لأنني, ومنذ سبعة أشهر, لم أستطع تصفح الكتب على الوراق ولا تصفح المجالس. فكلما أدخل شكبة الوراق, واضغظ المكتبة التراثية أو المحققة أو المجالس, أواجه بصفحة قبيحة بيضاء شمطاء تقول لي:
page can not be displayed
لقد جربت الدخول على الشبكة من كمبيوتر العمل والبيت مستخدما انترنت اكسبلورر ( IE 6), ولكن دون جدوى. أيضا, حاولت الدخول مستخدما نظام اللينكس ( Suse 10.1) على حاسوبي, ولكن دون جدى. قمت باستخدام الفاير فوكس ( Firefox 2.0), أيضا دون جدوى. أعدت تنصيب الوندوز أكس بي ( XP SP2), وحدثته مستخدما مفتاحا صحيحا غير مسروق, ونصبت الأنترنت أكسبلورر 7 ( IE 7), ولكن دون جدوى.
حتى أنني راسلت القائمين على شبكة الوراق, وأخبرتهم بالمشكلة, لكن لم يحيروا جوابا.
وأظن أن المشكلة في الجافا سكربت ( Java Script). فقمت بإعادة تنصيبها وتحديثها, واستخدام انترنت اكسبلورر 7 ( IE 7), ولكن دون أي نتيجة.
أرجو المساعدة إخواني.

جرب هذه الأشياء
start -> run-> type these commands:
regsvr32 Urlmon.dll [Enter]
regsvr32 Shdocvw.dll [Enter]
regsvr32 Shell32.dll [Enter]
regsvr32 Actxprxy.dll [Enter]
regsvr32 Mshtml.dll [Enter]

من أجل تصفح موقع الوراق يجب السماح بال Cookies في متصفح الإنترنت

معذرة, ولكنني سأجيب بالأنكليزي ...
I was able to register all the dlls except the last one (mshtml.dll). This is the message that I get when attempting to register it
Mshtml.dll was loaded, but the DllregisterServer entry point was not found. This file can not be registered
Could this be the root of my problems
And my browser is set to accept all cookies
Now, after registering the files, I get a different error message when I attempt to access the traditional library page on alwaraq. Here is a screenshot of what I get

Cannot Open Secure Sites or Open Links

If you cannot open any Secure websites or Are having problems where you cannot open links from a web page or right click and select "Open in new window" follow the instructions below.
General
Make sure you are fully up to date with Windows Patches by visiting http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com
Opening Links/Open in New Window Problem
Make sure you have closed all IE windows
Open Notepad
Copy the Text below into the blank document
Save the file as IEfix.cmd
Run the IEfix.cmd file
Restart your machine.

Secure Sites Problem
Solution 1
Make sure your System Date and Time are correct.
Solution 2
Clear out the Temporary Internet Files by:
Open IE
Click on Tools
Internet Options
